Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

🧾 Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

  • It is in unused condition
  • All original tags are attached and, if applicable, tamper-evident seals are intact and not void
  • It is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • It is not an excluded item (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item where original tags are broken
  • Any item where tamper-evident seals are broken or marked “VOID”
  • Items that are not in original condition, worn, washed, or damaged

📦 Return Method & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please use a tracked service to ensure safe return of the item.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

💷 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges by post.
  • If you collected the item from our store, you may exchange it in person, subject to stock availability.

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for return
